Last week Jackson Z.'s grandfather came in to talk to us about his zeal for NW Coast Indian history and art. It was a real treat. He brought some beautiful totems, a model dugout canoe and some drums. It is so valuable for children to listen to adults that are passionately curious about something––Mr. Rasar's initial appreciation for NW Coast Native art led him to want to learn more about the history of our area's indigenous people. Thank you, Mr. Rasar!
